Bantu highly recommends to choose the garments carefully when purchasing since all garments are tailor-made garments. We do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering of size or simple change of mind.

We do not refund or exchange any sale items unless your purchase is deemed faulty.

Our garments and items undergo stringent quality control before they leave our hands to arrive in yours. However, if you received goods from an online order that appear to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service department on customercare@bantu.com.au

The alleged fault must be clearly identified to us is order for the item to be assessed. Once approved for return, please follow the same steps of the Return Process described above.

Bantu will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty.

Along with the regulations of the Consumer Protection law, we will repair, replace or refund your faulty garment. If your original item/ item material is no longer in stock for replacement, you will be issued an E-voucher that does not expire, or a refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Act, Bantu reserves the right to refuse your return if all conditions of the return are not satisfied.

Bantu garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience a “wear and tear” over time and does not classify as faulty. Bantu holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.

Bantu will not fix colour fading or running, pulling, lack of elasticity/ fabric deterioration as these are not classified as faults. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter such problems, and to prolong the life of your garments. Mistreatment or incorrect handling/cleaning will not be accepted as responsibility of Bantu.

Please be extra diligent when handling Bantu’s delicate garments; and we highly recommend that they are hand washed separately, or dry cleaned by a professional; as recommended.

Bantu does not cover any return postage costs, unless item is deemed faulty. All other costs shall be incurred at your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, we highly recommend always obtaining a tracking number, as well as insurance.
