Bantu prides itself to provide beautiful and well tailor-made garments of the highest quality and we would love to see that you absolutely love each and every of your purchases. We do also understand that there are times you purchase an item and it does not fit perfectly or to your desire.
For these times we offer an exchange, and you are welcome to return your item in order to replace it for another size, style or colour; in line with our T & C outlined further below.
Bantu does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only policy. This is in the form of an e-voucher that can be used towards your next / replacement purchase. For your convenience, they have no expiryJ
All returns require a copy of the original receipt (printed or digital) and the item must be in the original condition with all the tags still attached.
In accordance with the health regulations, any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customers at their own freight expense.
Return Process – Domestic and International
Upon returning your garment, please ensure you follow these steps and enclose all relevant information together with your carefully packaged return.
To begin the return process, please email us at email@example.com for a return authorisation including our returns address.
Your enclosed garment must remain unsoiled, unlaundered, unworn, unused with all tags secured and linings still intact. (“Original condition”)
Please enclose original receipt together with your purchase and completed Bantu Returns form. Items must be posted to the specified address within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item.
All exchange requests outside of this grace period will not be accepted.
Kindly note, when making an exchange, you may not be guaranteed the specified size, style or colour run. Please see our Terms & Conditions below for further information.
Please note, it is your responsibility to make sure that the returned item/s arrive safely and can be tracked, as we cannot be held liable if your items are not delivered at our end.
Once we receive your item, your return will be processed as soon as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email with your E-Voucher.
